OFFICIAL: PSG Midfielder Announces His Departure From The Club Amid Strong Interest From La Liga Giants

PSG midfielder, Kays Ruiz Atil on Tuesday announced his decision to leave PSG next month when his contract expires with current reports linking back with a move to Barcelona.

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder refused a contract extension from Sporting Director Leonardo in January and was demoted back to the reserves after spending most of the season with the first team under Thomas Tuchel.

The PSG midfielder officially announced on Instagram that he would leave PSG at the end of his contract.

“Thanks from the bottom of my heart to the whole club, the president, the staff, the different coaches… Each time you see Kays Ruiz, know that my heart will always be with yours where the supporters chant of “Ici c’est Paris” will forever resonate,” he said.

Barcelona are not the only team showing interest in the French youngster, Chelsea and French Ligue 1 side OGC Nice are also interested in signing him.
